Hieno talviasuttava hirsimökki vain 25km Lahdesta. Kesäisin (toukokuu - syyskuu) käytössä lisäksi rantasauna sekä nukkuma-aitta, soveltuu erittäin hyvin esimerkiksi kahdelle perheelle tai ryhmille (kesäkäytössä sänkyjä yht. 13 hengelle).

Rantasauna käytettävissä myös muina aikoina sopimuksen mukaan. Pihalla keittokatos, useita terasseja ja iso hiekkakenttä pihapeleihin.

Mökin ranta on ilta-auringon suuntaan, tasaisesti syvenevä ja lapsiystävällinen (rannan tyyppi ajettu sora, alkup. savi-/mutapohja). Veden syvyys laiturin päässä n. 1.2m - 1,7m vuodenajasta riippuen. Etäisyys lähimpään naapuriin n. 75m, ei suoraa näköyhteyttä mökin pihasta.

Sesonkiajan ulkopuolella saapumis- ja lähtöajat neuvoteltavissa varaustilanteen mukaan (tyypillisesti viikonloppuvarauksissa saapuminen pe klo 16 jälkeen, lähtö su klo 16  mennessä). 

Nettimökin kalenteri on pääosin ajantasalla. Varauksen minimikesto 2 vrk / kesäkauden ulkopuolella varausten välillä vähintään 1 vrk vaihtoväli.

Booking terms and conditions

  • Booking and cancellation terms

    The booking request must include the customer's contact details (address, e-mail, telephone number), the number of guests, a brief description of the purpose of use and the rental period.

    After accepting the booking request, the landlord will send the customer a booking confirmation containing the rental property details, the landlord's contact details and more detailed payment instructions.

    If the booking fee or rent has not been paid by the agreed deadline, the booking will automatically expire.

    If the customer cancels the reservation, the reservation fee or rent paid before the time of cancellation will not be refunded.

    Force majeure

    The landlord or his authorized representative has the right to unilaterally, without separate compensation, terminate the lease in the event of force majeure (destruction of the cottage by fire, fall of a tree on the cottage, water damage, serious injury to the landlord preventing rental activities, etc.). In the event of force majeure, the landlord or his authorised representative is obliged to inform the customer immediately and refund

    the reservation fee and rent already paid in full.

  • Payment terms

    The booking fee is 20% of the rental price. The booking fee must be paid by bank transfer to the landlord's account within one week of the booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed with the landlord

    final rent must be paid three weeks before the start of the rental.

    If the reservation is made less than three weeks before the rental date, the full rental amount must be paid within one week after the booking confirmation and in all cases before the start of the rental.

  • Delays and compensations
    The

    rental price includes accommodation for the agreed number of people. The beach sauna and granary are available from May to September, other times subject to separate arrangements. The rental price does not include bed linen and final cleaning unless ordered separately.


    The cottage, the yard building and the movable property belonging to them must be handed back in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the rental period. If the final cleaning of the cottage has not been done properly, the landlord has the right to charge the customer a final cleaning fee of 120€ in arrears. The liability for the lost key is €120.

    If the customer discovers defects or defects in the property or in its movable property, the owner must be notified immediately.

    The customer should try to avoid disturbance and noise to the neighborhood. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Organizing a party or, for example, bringing your own litter must be agreed with the landlord.

    Pets (dogs, cats) are allowed.

    During the rental period, the landlord is not responsible for yard work (lawn mowing, snow removal, sanding of walkways, etc.). The customer can carry out yard work at his discretion.

  • Damages and deposits

    The customer is obliged to pay for the damage caused.

    The landlord is not liable for any damage caused to the tenant caused by an unforeseen force majeure or other similar cause (e.g. natural phenomena, power outages, wildlife-induced damage/damage, etc.).
