Wonderful, cozy and winter habitable villa on the shores of Lake Voitjärvi, in Niemennoka. Quiet location where you can fully enjoy nature's food and fishy waters. Thewell-equipped villa has an area of 82m2 with two bedrooms, a total of four beds (one with a double bed 160cm and the other with a double bed 120cm with a walk-in shower in the same space). In addition, the living room has a sofa bed with two beds. For an additional fee (80€/reservation) four-person courtyard shed (bunk bed and double bed) for winter living. In total, the cottage area has ten sleeping places. A high chair and a travel cot are also available at the cottage. The cottage received a full renovation and expansion in 2013.
In thecottage you will find indoor toilet, shower cabin, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, TV, PS3, wood stove, baking oven, storage fireplace and air conditioning. The equipment of the large kitchen is modern and versatile, so it is easy to prepare food for even a larger group. A big plus is the warm glazed terrace
with fireplace and lake view. The heat ofthe wood-heated barrel sauna can accommodate about 4-6 people at a time. There will be no electricity for the sauna, but lighting with storm lanterns, which can be found ready at the cottage. Next to the sauna there is a wooden heated pool in Palju for an additional fee of 60-100e/reservation depending on the length of the stay. The water for the sauna and the bellows is pumped from the lake. Both are also in use in winter. In summer, next to the barny.there is also an outdoor shower.
At the tip of the cape there is a barbecue hut where you can make daily coffees or even roast sausages after the sauna.
The large plot has large 2021 renovated terrace areas with a wooden grill, a smokehouse and a pizza oven. From here it is a short trip to the cottage, so cooking can be done easily. There are also several terrace furniture on
the terrace. On theshore there are two piers, a large pier about 20m long, where you can enjoy the sun in summer on sun loungers or in winter from the open (sulabox) On the smaller pier you can enjoy the evening sun. There is also a rowing boat on the beach, with which you can, for example, troll in the fishy waters of Voitjärvi. In the cabin you can find life jackets in several different sizes. From here it is connected to larger lakes or even as far as Tahko. Part of the beach has a sandy bottom (driven sand), so bathing from the beach is very successful. Possibility to use an outboard motor for the rowing boat as well as 2x sup-boards. The cottage also has two cabin bikes for exploring the surrounding areas
.The evening is crowned by a large glass pavilion suitable for winter use, access directly from the living room!! The pavilion is heated by a fireplace and there is an opportunity to play various board games that you can already find at the cottage. You can cook on the stove, even on evening roads.
The cottage has wifi enabled and the possibility to do remote work, an additional screen is found.
Running water enters the cottage from its own ring well through an activated carbon filter and is usually drinkable. However, from time to time, iron may appear in the groundwater of the region, which
is not dangerous. Near thecottage is about 600m away there is a spring water well where you can get fresh water. There is also a boat landing area near the cottage if you want to bring your own boat to the cabin
