Traditional cozy sauna cabin in a quiet location on the sandy shore of the fish lake Voitjärvi. 2021 full interior renovation of the cottage: shower and internal toilet, sauna and kitchen renovated. The cottage has a 7-person Novitek Levi outdoor hot tub, always ready and included in the price. SUP board and rowing boat with electric outboard and solar panel in free use. For an additional fee, there is also a water jet. Weber's gas grill can be found on the covered terrace. In the loft there are 4-5 beds (1x160cm, 1x120cm, 1x80cm wide) and downstairs an additional sofa bed. Dinnerware for 4 people. The cottage will have clean mains water, electricity and wifi. In addition to the storage fireplace, the cottage is heated by an air heat pump and underfloor heating. The cottage also has a TV (no antenna), a sound system and a washing machine. Note: final cleaning if necessary 30e/h and bed linen 10e/pc, Pet fee 20e. Do not forget to ask for intermission days if even if the week is booked, I rent more cheaply for the more intermediate days of the week. We do not rent a cottage for party use or always can negotiate. Next door is an organic farm and there is a lot of highland cattle running there. Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

200 € Rental DepositThe rent deposit is for minor damage and mess that occurs at the cottage, such as spoiling the pool waters.

Other rental termsThe cottage is available to the tenant from the day of arrival at 16.00 to the day of departure at 12.00. Different arrival and departure times must be agreed with the owner before arriving at the cottage. The rental includes a rented cottage and a courtyard area with furniture and accessories. The rent covers electricity, water, firewood, waste management, WiFi access and use of the outdoor hot tub. At the end of the rental, the cottage & yard area must be in good condition with furniture and equipment and as clean as it was when the tenant arrived. When leaving, the tenant should make sure that the lights are off and the windows and doors are closed. The key is left in the key cabinet. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him (himself or his guests) and breakdowns in the cottage. Also for breaking the pool, scratches or improper use.
