On the property are located:
*100 m2 two-storey main cottage (top equipment), private indoor sauna (wood and electric fireplace) , wifi, indoor toilet, shower, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, karaoke equipment, large upstairs with shared space with partition (also with the possibility of renting a game corner/PS5), balcony. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one of which also serves as a study or can be converted with a sofa bed into a bedroom. In front of the house is a large covered terrace, where it is pleasant to spend time both in the weather and in the weather. The terrace has its own barbecue and plenty of seating for even larger groups! The cabin also has two air heat pumps and an atmospheric storage fireplace. Next to the main cottage there is also an outdoor barbecue area, a large trampoline and a swimming pool (with separate rent)

*Extra room for winter living in connection with the stable building, where you can spend time in complete privacy. A great option for guests, for example. The room has two beds (also available as a double bed), a small fridge, a wardrobe and convenient storage space. Adjacent to the outbuilding also a completely renovated
outhouse.
* A hut decorated with the atmosphere of Lapland, with plenty of space and atmosphere. Here you will spend pleasant moments with both smaller and larger groups, for example, warping salmon, grilling or frying pancakes.
*Sauna on the beach with a large terrace, a large pier and, of course, a jump tower (height approx. 3 m). Unforgettable fumes are released from the beach sauna and oxygen is enough for longer sitting thanks to the breathable floor solution. There is also a SUP board, several swimming mattresses and a large inflatable raft that can accommodate 4-6 people. Own shoreline approx. 100 m. Fishing equipment and a boat with an electric outboard motor are also available.
*Separate barbecue shelter right next to the beach and next to the beach platform where you can spend time with a larger group eating, drinking, singing or whatever...
*Own separate grass court behind the main house, where you can spend some time playing beach volleyball, frisbee golf or croquet.. Several berry bushes, as well as fruit trees, planted in the grassy area in June 2023. In the grassy area it is also nice to have picnics or otherwise just spend a carefree summer day

*The cottage also has a lot of different board and card games. Nintendo Wii + several companion games and of course karaoke
*Around the cottage there are lots of different solar powered lights to create atmosphere when evening arrives.
*Mikkeli city center services approx. 20 min
*Graan Shopping Centre (mm. CM, Prisma and Alko) approx. 15 min
