*The property can be used by no more than the number of people indicated in the description of the house and only those who have rented Strandhuset.
*Loud partying and disruptive behavior were not allowed.
*The booking fee of 40% must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
*The balance (60%) must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
*All comments related to the item must be reported immediately.
*The customer is responsible for the damage caused to the destination and is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
*Cancellation must always be made in writing.
*If the customer cancels the reservation 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded. *If the reservation is cancelled later than 14 days prior to the start of the reservation, the fee will not be refunded.
*If the item is not received or the reception is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent.
*If you cancel your stay before the end of the booking, no compensation will be paid for unused time.
