High-end new (completed 06/2023) 68 m2 summer house and 20m2 beach sauna on the island of Nöö in Nauvo, Parainen. Own sandy beach, small pier with buoy and possibility of swimming. In the courtyard there is also an outhouse and annex. There is also a boathouse in the yard.
The destination is located on the island of Nötö which can be reached by m/s Utö ferry. There is a walkway about 1.2 km from the village of Nötöö to the cottage. The cottage is not accessible by car, but it is easy to attach to the pier of the cottage by your own boat. The depth of the pier is also sufficient for a sailboat. In the village of Nötöö there is a shop, a café (Cafe Skolan) and a nursery shop (Nötö Bruksgård) during the summer. The terrain is forested and rocky. The object is not suitable for people who have difficulty moving or who use mobility aids. In the rain, the cliffs may be slippery
.The cottage has two bedrooms, one with two beds that can be put together as a double bed or separately as two different beds. In a smaller bedroom, a bunk bed (sleeper weight up to 100 kg) and a separate bed. In addition, the cottage has a sofa bed, which can accommodate two people. This house has an air heat pump and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot water heater and toilet room with hand shower. The water comes from a borehole located nearby. The capacity of the well is limited, so you need to be sparing with water. The house also has wifi access

.The beach sauna also has a sofa bed with two sleeping places. The waterfront sauna has a wooden sauna and excellent views of the village bay. Water from a borehole also enters the coastal sauna. There, the water is heated by a separate water heater and a water heater connected to the sauna stove.
The cottage is only available for rent from about the beginning of April (after the ice leaves) until the end of November.
The renter must take care of the houses when they leave and take out the garbage, otherwise we will charge a fee of 200 euros for the final cleaning. Please note that the renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets are agreed separately. The property owner confirms the reservation

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
