At Villa Hattara you will stay in a renovated log cabin built in the 19th century by Nukarinkoski beach. It is easy to get to the cottage by car, but still there is little other traffic. The airport is a 30min drive away.
Here it is easy for you to relax, enjoy nature and even fish. Nature trails start in front of the house and the cottage plot is on the banks of the rapids. In the courtyard of the cottage you can sit and listen
to the roar of the rapids.
The courtyard garden is beautiful, old and sprawling. In the courtyard there is also a barbecue area and garden furniture so that you can eat outside or just sit and enjoy the sound of the rapids. The way to your own beach is via a steep path.
On the
lower floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, a living room with a wide sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a large double bed. Upstairs there is a double bed and two single beds
.
There is an outdoor toilet in the yard.
The courtyard sauna has a dressing room, a large porch and a sauna. In the sauna cauldron, the washing water is heated, there is no separate shower in the sauna. From the porch of the sauna you can see the views of the rapids
.
The cabin has drinkable tap water. (Municipal Water)
The
outdoor trails of Nukarinkoski run next to the cottage. There are also many fishermen in the area (however, find out the fishing permits and times yourself
).

Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental terms- No smoking indoors (cabin + sauna cabin). There is a charge of €350 for indoor smoking + realised cleaning costs + loss of rental income. - Forbidden to organize parties without a separate agreement. - The tenant takes care of his own fishing permits. - Going to the cottage beach at your own risk. The beach is really steep. - The tenant, before leaving, washes away his own dishes, takes out the garbage and fills the wooden cubicles. - The tenant must vacuum and clean up the traces of pet guests.
