Boater/fisherman! Take your own boat with you on vacation. There is a good place for boat landing on the beach of the villa. In a stable berth it is good

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

The comfort and safety of our guests are important to us. That's why we take care of a thorough cleaning after each stay. Guests bring their own bed linen and bath towels or, alternatively, purchase them as an additional service. *DON'T SMOKE* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the glazed terrace and in the outdoor hot tub. If we detect traces of smoking in these areas, we will charge the cleaning costs in full. * PAY ATTENTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND NEIGHBORS Loud activities, making noise and disturbing playing of music are prohibited. There will be silence in the area between 22:00 and 07:00 hrs. The landlord has the right to carry out an inspection of the property during the rental period, if there is a reason for this. Guests are responsible for the full value of any broken places, furniture and other materials.
