enjoying a good book.
In the main building you can find the important qualities of a resident of a detached house with air heat pumps. In the living room kitchen, a large table can accommodate all the people to eat at once, and in the living room you can enjoy good company by the fireplace. There are plenty of sleeping places in the cottage complex and there is plenty of parking space on the property, so we can accommodate a larger group at once

The rent includes a basic amount of toilet paper as well as a lot of games and gaming equipment.

Electrified courtyard building in summer use “Röllinmaja” (sleeping places for 3 people), wood-fired sauna with dressing room, which can accommodate 8 people at once for a sauna, rowing boat, boat landing with sloping sandy beach, pier, outhouse and annex, separate terrace, campfire place and yard games.
The
minimum rental period is two nights. It is 67 km from Joensuu and 63 km from the airport. The nearest shop is located in Rääkkylä, 24 km away. The Karelian trails include cycling and hiking trails as well as berry and mushroom forests

Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

If you want a rental period that differs from these, please contact the renter and receive a separate offer for the desired time.
