.This villa comprises two completely identical (mirror-like) 110m2 holiday apartments connected to each other via a covered terrace in the front yard and a glazed terrace on the lake side. Modern building technology (underfloor heating, air heat pump), furniture and finishing materials. The villa has two floors. The lovely glazed terrace complex offers a comfortable night out with spectacular lake views. By car you can reach right in front of the door and in front of the house, as well as plenty of parking in the lower yard.
SLEEPING PLACES
A total of 16 units, 6 bedrooms.
Theupper floor of both holiday apartments has 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed and its own private glazed terrace, the second bedroom has three 90cm wide beds (one is a so-called spare bed) and the third bedroom has a 90cm wide bed. In the lobby an additional 160cm wide sofa bed
.In addition, on request, a baby travel cot available.
KITCHEN, both apartments own
Well equipped and high quality kitchen with stone countertops, where cooking and dining is comfortable even for larger groups. Dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, hob and fan, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, a full set of crockery and cutlery and plenty of cooking equipment. The most common spices (salt, sugar, peppercorns, etc.) and coffee, as well as filter bags are available.
There is a high chair for the baby.
TOILET, HOUSEKEEPING, SHOWER AND SAUNA in both apartments own
There are 4separate toilets in the villa. Hand towels in abundance. Two atmospheric electric saunas for eight people. great common place to spend the night.The upstairs bedroom is connected to a private glazed balcony terrace!
BEACH AND BOAT LANDING
There is a good solid 30 meter wide land pier at the beach, from which you can enjoy both sunbathing and fishing. Rowing boat as well as a very good boat landing place made of concrete slabs available. Bathing is best done from a beautiful sandy beach

FINAL CLEANING

For additional services, please add a number of linen sets corresponding to the number of persons (pre-filled or not completed) to your booking. The set includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. Peaceful pets allowed. The pet owner is liable for any damage caused by the pet (for example, scratches on doors, damage to textiles, etc.). Pets should definitely be kept outdoors tethered. Pets are subject to an additional €50 pet fee

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe tenant is obliged to compensate for all the damage caused both inside and outside the house. If the insurance compensates for the damage, the tenant is obliged to pay the deductible of 500€.
