The villa has two floors. There are windows in every direction, as well as several exits to the large terrace that runs through almost the entire villa. By car you can reach right in front of the door and in front of the house in the yard circle there is a lot of parking space. Two-car carport also available.SLEEPING PLACESTotal 12+2 pcs.Downstairs 3 bedrooms with 180cm, 160cm and 120cm beds. Upstairs 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and 120cm extra bed, a 150cm sofa bed in the lobby area and a 140cm bed in the lower loft end of the lobby.In addition, 2 mattresses and 1 baby cot are available for extra beds. Please indicate the need for these separately.KITCHENWell-equipped kitchen, where cooking and dining is comfortable even for larger groups. There are two rain showers in the shower room. In addition to the shower room there is an indoor sauna (8hlön) with electric stove and stunning lake views. The shower room has direct access to the terrace and the outdoor hot tub. The separate utility room has a washing tower and laundry detergents, an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner and other basic cleaning tools, allof which are available.COURTYARD AND TERRACEThe courtyard is neat and there is very ample terrace space. On the terrace there is a gas grill (1 gas bottle available), a sofa set, a dining group and a swing. There is a dart board in the yard and there is also a rook at your disposal.BEACHA good and stable 30 meter concrete pontoon/pontoon pier and a rowing boat are available on the beach! Bathing is best done along the pier's swimming stairs from the end of the pier, which has a depth of 1.7 to 2 meters. Fishing or sunbathing can also be enjoyed from the sturdy jetty.Beautiful sandy beach, but after the water line there is a mud bottom, so swimming directly from the sandy beach, unfortunately, will not succeed.You can enquire about the possibility of renting an outboard boat by email. Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe tenant is obliged to compensate for all the damage caused both inside and outside the house. If the insurance compensates for the damage, the tenant is obliged to pay the deductible of 500€.
