VILLA ONNELA/PIKKU ONNELA The cozy cottage complex is a newly completed holiday destination with stunning landscapes. The cottage is modernly and elegantly decorated and equipped on the shores of the fish and clean lake Kyrösjärvi. In the main cottage (Villa Onnela) there are beds for 5 people, a sofa bed, an extra bed, 5 money mattresses and a sofa bed in the living room, a total of 11 people. If necessary, you can ask for additional mattresses. The cottage has water-circulating underfloor heating and mechanical air conditioning, in summer there is also cooling. All amenities, new and clean. Big screen TV, cd player and amplifier unit. If necessary, music and atmosphere can also be provided in the sauna. There is a good road to the property, 1.3 km from the 3 road, only 400m from the paved road. The newly completed two-car carport and containment are at your disposal. Booking and cancellation terms
If the customer cancels the reservation, the part of the reservation fee (200€ /30% of the rental price of the resort) will not be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled for any reason other than the one mentioned below later than 28 days before or during the rental period, the payments made by the customer will not be refunded.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, with the exception of the reservation fee, if the customer himself or a person living in a joint household with him becomes seriously ill, suffers an accident or dies. The cancellation must be notified immediately and the case must be proven in a reliable way, e.g. by a medical certificate
.If the cancellation occurs later than 48 hours before the start of the reservation or during the reservation, the payment made by the customer will not be reimbursed.
