Come and spend your holidays in the end apartment of a 33m²+20m2 terraced house in Hulhavanaho in Iso-Syöte (k, oh, alcove, sauna, loft with room height approx. 2m in the middle). Downstairs a small alcove with a 120cm bed, in the loft 2 x 140cm comfortable spring mattresses. Sleeping places for 6 people. The apartment is in good condition and very cozy for holidays.
The plot is bordered by woods.
The apartment has all the basic amenities; dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV, fireplace, high chair and travel bed for the little ones in the family.
From the apartment you walk to the ski slopes in 5minutes, the ski trail runs 300m away, so the apartment is ideal for active vacationers.
The rent does not include bed linen, towels, cleaning, so it is a so-called self-help holiday. Toilets or toilet paper are also not included in the rent.
Additional charge of 20€ for charging an electric car/2 nights, ask separately for the charging price of longer rentals. It is powered by an 11kw charger
For bookings of more than 3 people 20e/person/day extra charge, does not apply to children under 15 years old.
Final cleaning can be purchased as a separate service for 80€
