Villa Koivuranta is a cozy, warm villa with all amenities in the Paalasmaa archipelago on the shores of Pielinen. The villa is a 1 ½ storey cozy and relaxing holiday place both in summer and in winter. Behind the windows, the landscape changes with the seasons and the weather like a play. It is easy to come to Birch Farm for holidays or to do remote work. Our guests have praised the scenery and sunsets, as well as the soothing atmosphere.

Our villa has two almost identical bedrooms downstairs, both with two beds. The loft has beds for two at both ends. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, even a large family. In the living room you can just sit and watch the beach view, read in front of the fireplace or relax in front of the TV. The kitchen has a new ceramic hob with ovens and a large refrigerator, as well as plenty of dishes. It is easy to put food there and move to eat either on the large dining table that is an extension of the living room or out on the terrace.

villa has an electric sauna with good steam and a spacious washroom with toilet seats. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. The villa is surrounded by a terrace with a large dining table next to the kitchen and a smaller cooling/coffee group at the top of the stairs leading to the beach.
