The villa is located in a quiet location with good access to Padasjoki. The villa is located in a beautiful landscape. Accommodation can accommodate up to eight people and the total area of the villa is 109 m2. The villa has toilet x2, utility room/dressing room, three bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Outside, a large 55 m2 terrace with bath cubes and garden furniture. The beach has its own beach terrace and pier, as well as a rowing boat
.The interior is elegant, cozy and with a touch of luxury with golden details. Inspiration is drawn from the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. The villa has a new conifer green kitchen with gold details. Shades of wood bring warmth to the interior. The kitchen and living room are one large spacious space with high ceilings. The living room and kitchen are divided by a large island around which you can put food together, cover the buffet or enjoy a glass. The living room/kitchen has a fireplace/oven. The villa has an air source heat pump that cools the air in the summer and keeps the indoor air warm during cool weather. The villa has three bedrooms, all of which are tastefully decorated. New beds and beautiful wallpaper make the bedrooms cozy. The bedrooms have a high room height. The sauna has a wood stove and gentle steam. From the sauna you can go out onto the terrace to cool off. In the courtyard of the villa there is a covered terrace and a new barbecue. There is a large table on the covered terrace, which can accommodate up to eight people to dine at. The villa has a “viewing terrace” from which you can admire the lake landscape. The plot is overgrown and the stairs lead to its own pier. There is also a rowing boat. The services of the Padas River are about three kilometers from
the villa. Whenrenting the villa, you can rent a large wooden heated bath cube for approx. 6-8 persons, where you can enjoy warm water in a wonderful lake landscape. The rental of a bath cube includes a one-time filling of the bath cube with fresh water, firewood for heating and washing the cube after use. The bath cube is made of acid-resistant steel, so it is very hygienic to use. The weekend rental of the bath cube is 170€ and the weekly rental price is 230€. Reservations for Christmas, New Year, Easter and Midsummer include the use of a bath cube
. In thecourtyard of the villa there are stairs and height differences, so going to the beach and the pier, for example, limits the movement of people with reduced mobility. Due to the terrain conditions, the stairs leading to the beach cannot be maintained in winter during the high snow season. You can walk along the lakeshore with caution in nature, but you will not be able to get there by a well-groomed walking band in winter
.In the summer season (June-August), we rent, as a rule, full weeks. The minimum rental period is two days. We do not rent a villa for party use. This is a wonderful villa for relaxation, togetherness and relaxation.
