In the three bedrooms and the sleeping alcove there are sleeping places for eight people and additional beds for a maximum of four people can be found in the two sofa beds. The apartment also has two air heat pumps for cooling in the summer heat.
The Padas River activities are all located very close by, less than 2 km from the villa.
There is a padel court, a frisbee golf course, football fields, a tennis court and, of course, good jogging grounds. The nearest shop is about 3 km away

.Weekly rent in high season 1900€. In the off-season, weekly rent 1300€ and weekend rent 680€. In high season, free use of the bath cube is included in the price. In the off-season, the bath cube is not included. Free use of the bath cube with weekly rental is 200€ and on weekends 170€ (these can be reserved for additional services if you wish). Prices include pool washing, clean water replacement and 30l biodiesel. The bath cube runs on biodiesel and the water temperature can be adjusted with degree accuracy to the desired temperature. The bath cube recycles/filters the water, so the water also stays clean for a long time. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable.
