COTTAGE with porch and stunning beach view (no other cabins). Equipment: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, stove/oven/cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, TV, radio, dishes, cutlery. SAUNA AND FIREPLACE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCES. A wood-burning sauna with great steam baths. In the washroom with water toilet and shower. In the fireplace room, a large refrigerator and a storage fireplace. Underfloor heating in the sauna, washroom and fireplace room. 3 persons can be accommodated in the fireplace room (bed and sofa bed). In front of the sauna building, a large terrace for the evening sun with a dining group for 6 people and a gas grill in
the canopy.
TAKE A DIP FROM THE SAUNA DIRECTLY TO THE SPRING LAMP: In front of the sauna there is a pier and a large spring water pond, where you can take a dip directly from the sauna. The experience is second to none and the water is crystal clear! The lake is also accessible from its own pier. The shore of the lake is shallow and steeply deepened.
The price includes: electricity, firewood, blankets and pillows, rowing boat (you can bring your own outboard motor). Electric outboard motor with 2 batteries and smart charger for rent
50€/week.
The cottage uses crystal clear spring water as drinking and washing water. All dirty water goes into the tanks (10000 L and 3000 L) according to the standards and the log truck goes to empty the tanks.
Bringing your own hot tub/tub to the cottage is not allowed.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
