Cozy holiday apartment suitable for year-round use on the shore of Pälkänevesi. The cottage in a very beautiful location in its own peace and by car you can reach the very yard a great place for short holidays. Spacious yard area. On the beach there is also a small wood-burning sauna (electric sauna in the cabin). The cottage, of course, is well equipped with household appliances and utensils. On the shore a pier and boat for use.
Pälkänevesi is a good fishing water for fishing enthusiasts and others can otherwise just row in the beautiful scenery.
In winter, from the cottage about 14 km to the Sappee ski resort and cross-country skiing can also be practiced on the illuminated track of Aitoo, which is about 5 km. On the ice in front of the cottage there are also often trails when weather and ice conditions allow
.
In front of the cottage there are wide good ice stones.
During the summer season, weekly rental only. At least 2 days at a time. Arrival from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and transfer of the cottage by 12 noon on the day of departure. In the non-high season, a later handover of the tialante may be agreed upon if so permitted.
The basic principle is that everyone cleans up their tracks, but if you want, cleaning is also available. Cleaning 120 euros. incl. VAT. So not mandatory. If the final cleaning has not been completed, we will charge for the cleaning afterwards with an increased charge. We don't rent to people under 25.
