new, newly completed spacious (approx. 140m2) holiday apartment on the shore of Pälkänevesi. Pälkänevesi is a clean and clear water lake in Pälkäne.
The
holiday home is fully equipped. The apartment has a spacious living room-kitchen and four separate bedrooms, sauna section with two separate showers and 2xwc, one of which also has a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating. The basic heat in the holiday home is geothermal heat and, in addition, a fireplace. Firewood in the cottage ready.
Outside the end there is a large covered terrace and on the side of the building on the lake side all the way to the terrace. The terrace offers direct access to the spacious outdoor hot tub and via stairs directly to the pier. Beach with natural sand base. Jacuzzi in use throughout the rental period. The area between the beach and the holiday home is rehabilitated. The front yard is landscaped and the lawn.
The holiday home is suitable for both holidays and various occasions (e.g. a table group that can be extended for 12 people). Full height jk/freezer as well as separate full-height refrigerator. In the sauna facilities, there
is also a drinking cabinet.
The property is not rented for parties under the age of 25.
Minimum rental period 2 days. In this cottage, the actual final cleaning is always included in the rent.
Bed linen through us 20, - eur/ person, but can be brought by yourself. Linens must be worn.
