The cottage is a comfortable 65m2 loft made of full jersey, where you can enjoy the sauna and even paddle while fishing. In the barbecue shed in the yard, smoke the fish while waiting for the sauna to warm up. Tuva has modern kitchen accessories ranging from a convection oven to a toaster and on the beach there is a campfire place for frying sausages. From the warehouse you can borrow everything you need for a cottage and you can find on the shelves

The kitchen-living room has a sofa bed, in the dormitory room 1 bed (width 120 cm), a sofa bed spread out in the loft and 1 separate bed. Two travel beds for the smallest of the family, as well as
two high chairs.

kitchen sink in the cottage has a drain, no plumbing. Domestic water and sauna water are supplied by carrying from the lake, a distance of 35 m. The sauna has a heater tank for heating the water. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsFinal cleaning and linen: If you have purchased a final cleaning, do these things before you leave. Wash the dishes clean and put them in place. Take the waste and garbage to the waste point. Take the bottles and cans packed in a plastic bag to the front door or with you away. If you ordered bed linen as an extra service, leave the used sheets and towels stacked on top of the bed. Move the furniture to its original place if there was a need to move it during the holiday. Take the food items you brought with you away or in the trash can. The owner has the right to bill for omissions. Please remember to close the doors and windows before you leave if you are ventilating the cabin. If you clean yourself, do these things on the day of departure. If you did not purchase the final cleaning, you should take care of the cabin tidy before you leave. You can ask about the possibility of final cleaning before the holiday or during the holiday, but due to arrangement, a last minute final cleaning is not always possible. Before you leave, clean the cabin at least in these aspects: Ventilate bedding (blanket and pillow) vacuum floors and carpets and wipe the floors with a damp mop.
