Heisala Island is about 5 square kilometers in size where you can reach the connecting ship M/S viken (free) daily. The ship departs from Granvik and the driving distance is: 17 km to Parainen, 41 km to Turku
and 191 km to Helsinki.At the end of the driveway you will find an island resort with a modern setting with beautiful sea views. Log cabin built in 2021 with a shower in the sauna and a large water heater you get warm water and great steam in the wood-heated sauna. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The cabin is heated/cooled by an air heat pump and the cabin also has an atmospheric and efficient fireplace. On the large terrace you will find a summer kitchen
with barbecue and a mason jar.The cottage has two separate bedrooms and a separate guest cottage in the yard which can accommodate two to stay. So, for six, a good sleeping frame. The beach consists of a sandy beach and from the end of the pier you can take a dip in the sea. You can swim to a luotolle or take a raft by pulling a rope.
The outhouse can be found behind the cottage.
From thecottage to the beach there is 40 meters and the sauna is connected to the cottage with a separate entrance.Everything we have at the cottage, tram.hammocks, floating big carpet is available.
In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, induction hob and oven, refrigerator and freezer, and in the small cottage there is a smaller fridge.all utensils are available and for 8 people dishes and glasses. One bedroom has a 160 wide bed and the other bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed and the little cottage has 2 separate beds.
Duvets and pillows can be found for six, but bed linen and towels are brought by the renter himself.
the cottage neighbor's beach sauna is behind the little cottage, about 20 meters away, they rarely use it and I think it is quite peaceful when we are at the cottage. Their cabin is then on the side so there is no line of sight to our cabin.
The large terrace is completely at your own leisure when there is a trip to another neighbor. It has a plot in between before the next cabin comes
