Villa Constantine is a beautiful and well-equipped island estate in Parais, right by the sea. The space is suitable for rent for an evening or even an entire week and can accommodate a group of up to 10 people. Constantine is decorated in a homely and insular spirit.
Here you will spend a relaxed weekend with friends, family gatherings and a corporate recreation day. The inviting and child-friendly sandy beach inspires you to take a dip in the sea after a sauna or soak up the sun while wading in the beach water.
The wood-fired beach sauna is a great place to relax. If you are not comfortable in the steam room, you can alternatively enjoy the warmth of the outdoor hot tub in
the fresh air.
The cottage is also well suited for contractors working in the archipelago who need accommodation for a longer period of time.
The facilities and the setting of Villa Constantine are in order: Here you will find, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a barbecue, a smokehouse, up to two piers, and things to do for the kids!
Sleeping areas: 2 x 2 hths (one has 2 beds available separately or together, the other bunk beds), 3 x 2 hh (small attic rooms with futon beds — 120cm) + sofa bed in the living room and in the beach sauna.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
