AS A NOVELTY, an outdoor hot tub was added to the Metsäcottage in spring '23 on the terrace of the sauna section. A hot tub and a hot tub with trees complement the comfort of the cottage. Villa Metsäis located on the shores of the peaceful Metsäjärvi lake, next to a steep cliff. Your own cottage road leads to your destination. The spacious cottage offers a good sleep and relaxation for even larger groups. A good level of equipment ensures a comfortable stay. Mobile phone and wireless internet connection Wifi works without problems, remote work can be done well. The large glazed terrace of about 30 m2 offers an option for lounging and grilling on a rainy day, a large gas grill with a hotplate and an electric smoker provide options for preparing food. A long terrace table with benches of more than 3 meters makes it possible to dine even for larger groups. Comfort is guaranteed by a gas heater in colder weather. In summer, a comfortable cooling of the interior is brought by an air heat pump. The beach sauna is heated by trees and inside the cottage there is another sauna with an electric stove. The outdoor hot tub on the terrace of the sauna is included in the use of the cottage and completes the whole. Sauna chamber has a corner sofa with an extra bed for two. There is also a kitchenette for making sauna coffees and a fridge for storing sauna drinks cool. Separate toilet facilities can be found on the upper and lower floors of the cottage, as well as in the cabin's indoor sauna facilities. A sun terrace and pier, as well as a boat complete the ensemble. From Villa Metsäyou can take an excursion to Anne's Art Café (summer time) 35 km to Karvia, to Seivinen National Park approx. 38 km, Särkänniemi to Tampere 75 km (from spring to autumn). Niinisalo Military Home to Monk Coffee 13 km. Kankaanpää, 20 km away, is a lively market day on Thursdays from spring to autumn. Aito Suurimaa Village Shop is approximately 7 km away. Jämi fitness areas approx. 20 km. Univision factory store Mon-Fri 10-17.00 in Jämijärvi. - - A nice trip on Saturdays 10-15 is to the Rajalahti organic farm in Jämijärvi. There you can find sheep and a farm shop where you can get inexpensive organic eggs. When renting Metsästra, you can use Tervalaavu, which is about 2 km away. You can bake sausages on a fire with a charcoal fire.
