Cozy, year-round rental and clean cottage with all amenities on the shores of peaceful Lake Peräjärvi in Parkano. The cottage has two bedrooms, four sleeping places, a living room kitchen and a large terrace area. In the same building there is also an indoor toilet, a washroom and a sauna with a view of the lake. There is also access to the terrace directly from the sauna with spacious bellows. On the terrace in summer time gas grill (gas incl. price). The beach offers boating, fishing (pike and perch) and swimming. Life jackets in free use. The beach has a sandy bottom and no algae have been detected. At the end of the pier, the water depth is about 1m, the beach gradually deepens. Pets are welcome at the cottage. However, please always agree to bring pets separately with the renter. For pets we charge 50€/pet. The water in the cabin is drinkable. In the yard there is a sandbox as well as a swing for smaller children. The cottage also has a variety of yard and indoor games for the whole family. Possibility to rent snowshoes and poles (max. 2 pcs) 15€/pair/reservation Possibility to rent sup boards (max. 2pcs) 40€/sup board/reservation If you want to rent a paddle, the price is from 120€/weekend and 150€/week. The customer heats the barn himself. Bed linen €15/person (sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase). Bath towel €5/person National parks, hiking trail and city centre services are nearby. Berry and mushroom forests can be found just around the corner of the cottage. During the summer, Christmas and New Year we rent the cottage for a week at a time. The weekly rental starts on Sunday at 4pm and the cottage handover on Sunday at 11am. Weekends Fri 4pm - Sun 11am
