Booking and cancellation terms
At the time of booking, 35% will be paid and the rest will be paid no later than 30p before the start of the rental period. Cancellations must be made by email, any cancellation made more than 30p before the start of the rental period will be 65% refunded.

Delays and compensations
In addition to the rent, a security deposit of 180e is paid, which will be returned if everything is in order after the rental.
The villa is rented only for peaceful holidays/accommodation.
Linen should be worn and bed linen should be worn in the sauna.
