Huhtinen is a former farm main building, a cozy brick house on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi.
The house has water-circulating central heating, which allows year-round living. In the spring of 2022, an air heat pump was also installed, which can be used to cool the indoor air if necessary during the summer heat.
The interior is almost in the original 1980s retro spirit. Huhtinen also has the option of a few extra beds.
The facilities are also well suited for meetings. Ask for an offer on the rental price without sauna and overnight stays for up to 15 participants!
A separate garage is furnished as a hobby space.
There is a hundred meters of shallow beach and there is plenty of space for outdoor games in the yard. The rental price includes gas grill gas, firewood, fixed broadband and rowingboat.
If necessary, Huhtinen will also be provided with a toddler's travel cot and high chair. The hot tub must be moved and rented separately.
Ala-Toiko Farm's private Oraskota can be used throughout the visit.
