.The beachfront villa's approximately 45 m2 dining room/meeting room has space for almost 20 people at a long coffee table. The space can also be used for sleeping thanks to the 2 sofa beds. Free wifi is available in the space and large flat-screen TVs also serve as conference screens. The dining room has direct access to the terrace, which is also accessible from 2 different saunas, one with a wood sauna and the other with electric heating
.In total, there are beds for about 15 people in 4 bedrooms and on the sofa beds in the main hall. There are a number of blankets and pillows equivalent to beds. Additional accommodation is an electrically heated accommodation for 4-6 persons, which is used all year round
.The kitchen has dishes for 20 people, electric stove and oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Moccamaster, electric kettle and toaster.
Theelectric sauna boards can accommodate up to 8 players. The washroom has 2 showers and the dressing room has a connection to the terrace to cool off, a sunbed or a hot tub. There are 3 toilets. .In the courtyard area there is a fire place where you can grill on an open fire and spend time in good company.
From the beach it is easy to go fishing, boating or paddling to Lake Aulangon. During the winter, it is easy to take a dip in the beautiful lake landscape or to the Aulangonjärvi ski trail maintained by the city of Hämeenlinna
.The private courtyard of the beach villa can accommodate about 10 cars.
Theprice of the beach villa includes 152 m2 of the air-conditioned main building, excluding the wood-heated sauna. As additional services, it is possible to order the use of the accommodation terrace, the use of the wood-heated sauna, the use of the bathhouse and the fire place, final cleaning, bed linen in pink or pink and towels
