The main villa is a multipurpose villa with approx. 15 beds, which was completed in spring 2019. Other buildings include a 5-bed Little Villa with a kitchen and a bathroom, a beach sauna and a 4-bed storage room.
The beach complex offers beds for up to 23 people in four buildings.
The main villa has 11 to 15 beds in 4 bedrooms and with sofa beds in the hall, the Little Villa has 3 beds and 2 sofa beds, the bedroom in the beach sauna has 2 beds and the accommodation fence has 4 beds. There are a number of blankets and pillows equivalent to beds
. The130-square-metre main villa has more than 50 square metres of dining/meeting space for around 20 people at a long table. In addition, the sofa group and the landscaped bar can accommodate up to 10 people. It offers free wireless Internet access and a large flat-screen TV serves as a TV or conference screen
.In the kitchen of the main villa there are dishes for 20 people, electric stove and oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Moccamaster, electric kettle and toaster.
Theelectric sauna located at the end of the main villa can accommodate about 8 revellers at a time. The sauna has direct access to the terrace, which is a short drive to Lake Aulangon, the terrace's electric hot tub or the warmth of the bath on the terrace of the beach sauna. The washroom in the sauna compartment has 2 showers and a toilet seat. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the lobby of the villa
.In the living kitchen of the small villa there is a coffee table about 2.5 meters long, with space for 8 people to dine and stay together. Kitchen equipment includes dishes for 10 people, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. A 50-inch flat-screen TV serves as a TV and conference screen. The toilet and shower area is a convenient extension of the hallway.
The beach sauna is located less than 20 meters from the beach. The sauna can accommodate 8 saunas at once, and from the terrace it is possible to climb the stairs directly to the pier and the lake. The beach sauna is also equipped with a toilet in addition to a shower
.The smallest building on the beach is a separate log cabin, which is also equipped for year-round use.
Thebasic price of the beach includes the use of the main villa and the accommodation terrace. As additional services, it is possible to order the use of a small villa, a beach sauna, a barbecue area, a bath tub and a hot tub, final cleaning, bed linen in pink and towels
