For rent, a wonderful cottage is offered in a beautiful location on the shore of the lake. The cottage also has a bath tub, which can be rented at an additional price of 80e/day, 160e/weekend, 200€/week. (The tub is filled with lake water)
The cottage is on the south side of the lake and the sun shines on the shore from mid-morning until sunset.
The rowing boat and two sup boards are in the free use of the tenants.
The cottage has been completely renovated in 2018. On the lower floor of the cottage there is an open plan kitchen/living room, bedroom, toilet/shower. Upstairs there is a lounge area with a sofa bed, a double bed and a small terrace. If necessary, use a crib. An air heat pump can be found on both floors

It is comfortable for children to roam, as the cottage has a 4m trampoline, swings, a playhouse and a pile of sand.
Iso-Haapajärvi cottage is located on the shores of a clean water lake in Ähtäri Peränne. Excellent location; 15km to the centre of Ähtäri, 23km to the animal park and 16km to the centre of Tuur.
It is possible to rent for an additional price (80€/day) a completely renovated cabin with sleeping places for two (140cm double bed), electric sauna and shower in connection with the cottage. The price of a cottage with weekly rental is 250€/week

If the lessee cancels the reservation at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the rent paid will be refunded except for the reservation fee (€200).
If the lessee cancels the reservation at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent paid will be refunded.
After that, cancelled bookings will not be refunded at all.
