Villa rental: weekly rental arrival Saturday at 16.00 - departure Saturday at 12.00, weekend entry Friday 16.00 - departure Sunday at 16.00
Price list: prices for max 6 persons/week or weekend, additional persons (over 6 persons) 50 EUR/person/weekend and 70 EUR/person/week, pet 50 EUR/weekend or 70 EUR/week. Pets must always be agreed upon separately. Max 2 dogs. The reservation fee is 200eur and the final payment is paid 2 months before the start of the rental period.
Additional services: Bed linen €17/person (incl. bed sheet, duvet cover, pillow cover, bath towel, hand towel). Bed linen ready for bed 20 €/person.
Final cleaning normal 150 € and final cleaning extensive 290€, separate cleaning instructions.
Hot tub - 7 person hot tub is located by the lake, where access from the sauna along the wooden terrace is 180 EUR/week (winter season 1.10-30.4) and 150 EUR/week in the summer season, 250 EUR/week (winter season 1.10-30.4) and 200 EUR/week in the summer season. Hot tub pre-heated +70 eur, to be agreed separately at the time of booking.
