Eerola is a well-equipped holiday home on its own beach.
In this atmospheric lakeside house next to the Mat and Liisa railway, you will surely enjoy yourself. High and spacious rooms with old antique furniture create a great setting for your holiday. It is good to dine or spend time playing party games at the old table in the kitchen.
Eerola is a holiday home located in the village of Pölä in the municipality of Siilinjärvi in northern Savonia. Eerola is located on the shores of Lake Pölä and the holiday home has its own beach.
The house has a spacious living-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other with 2 separate beds, utility room, toilet, sauna and shower room with also toilet. The shower room and utility room have underfloor heating. There is a storage fireplace in the middle of the house.
Eerola is well equipped. There is, for example, an air heat pump that heats up nicely in winter and cools in summer on hot days.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with small freezer (Yank cabinet), electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, electric mixer and hand blender. There is also a wood stove in the kitchen.
The living room has a TV and DVD and blueray players, as well as an AudioPro C3 audio player that can listen to music via bluetooth connection, e.g. from your own mobile phone. There is also a piano in the living room.
The utility room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has a central vacuum cleaner.
There is a rowing boat on the beach and boat vests of various sizes can be found.
In summer, Eerola has a gas grill and an electric smoker.
In the yard there is a shed where you can stay overnight in the summer. The granary is in use from the beginning of June to the end of August. There will be no electricity in the barn. There are 2 beds in the shed, one of which is a slightly smaller children's bed (190x75 cm).
Eerola can be rented all year round. The house is heated by an electric radiator, an air heat pump and a storage fireplace. Water from the Pölä Water Cooperative enters and the sewer takes.
Firewood and a rowing boat are included in the rent.
We comply with the general terms and conditions of cottage rental of the Finnish Cottage Rental Association. The cottage has a security card and a house folder, where you can find all the necessary operating instructions
