This cottage enjoys a great location, surrounded by beautiful forest landscapes and stunning cliffs on the shores of a tranquil lake. The landscape at sunset is stunningly beautiful and soothing.
Theinterior of the cottage is designed to be comfortable while respecting the cabin atmosphere. It provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay in the company of loved ones.
The surrounding area also offers many activities such as hiking, fishing, boating, berry picking, mushroom picking and a good tennis court.
If you need a break from everyday life and want to experience a genuine nature experience, this cottage is just for you. I am sure that you will enjoy staying here and will have wonderful memories

From the parking area, walk to the cottage approx. 200 meters. For people with reduced mobility, the path to the cottage is not suitable. The secondary option of getting to the cottage is very successful by boat. Firewood and access to a hot tub are included in the rent. My own barbecue coals included.

The security deposit is refunded after the end of the lease, after all the terms of the contract have been fulfilled (rent paid and the keys and apartment handed over in the agreed condition).
If the tenant or other members of the group fail to comply with the terms of this agreement and this causes damage or expense to the landlord, the tenant is obliged to compensate the landlord in full for the damage caused. -
Other rental termsA maximum of 5 people can be accommodated in the rental property. If the property accommodates more people than agreed, the landlord has the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately. If the contract is terminated on this basis, the landlord has the right to withhold the entire rent and rent security. The tenant should take care of the rental property carefully. The tenant does not have the right to carry out any alteration or repair work on the property. If the tenant notices defects or other comments in the property, he must inform the landlord within 24 hours of arrival at the property. The tenant has an immediate obligation to notify the landlord of damage to the rental property. A tenant who neglects his duty of notification is liable for the damage caused by the omissions. No smoking is allowed indoors. It is forbidden to bring domestic animals to the site. The tenant is handed 1 key for the front door, 1 key for the sauna and 1 key for the boat. If the tenant does not return the same number of original keys as he received after the end of the lease, the tenant is obliged to cover the costs incurred, such as the replacement of locks and the commissioning of new keys. The lease agreement cannot be transferred to a third party, and the property may not be handed over or leased again. The tenant takes care of the final cleaning of the premises and the yard. If the final cleaning is not done or the condition does not otherwise correspond to what is agreed in this lease, the landlord may withhold cleaning and repair costs for rent security. The tenant is responsible for the removal of traces that exceed normal wear and tear incurred. The tenant is obliged to compensate for the damage caused by his negligence or willfully. The tenant is also responsible for the other members of the troupe, as well as for the damage caused by them. The landlord does not compensate the customer for any inconvenience caused by natural conditions such as insects, algae or weather changes.
