Vuokrattavana kelohirsi kämppä keski-posiolta ,12 kilometriä keskustasta rovaniemelle päin. Seutu on erittäin kaunista ja rauhallista erämaata. Harrastus mahdollisuudet ovat monipuoliset, metsästys, kalastus, marjastus, maastopyöräily(reittejä tulossa paljon lisää),patikointi (korouoma, riisitunturi, palotunturi), hiihto, lumikenkäily, laskettelu (ruka ja kirikeskus), moottorikelkkailu (vuokraan kelkan myös pilkki ja vastaavaan käyttöön),veneily, jääkiipeily, ym. Ranuan jääkarhut 100 km päässä. Kämpässä on kylmävesi ja sähköt, vuolukivitakka. Lämminvesi saunan padasta tai hellalla. Nukkumapaikkoja makuuhuone parisänky, levitettävä sohva tuvassa ja parvella mahtuu 2-3. Vuokrahinta on 4:lle henkilölle. Yli 4 hlö, hintaan lisätään 20€/ vrk tai 100€/viikko. Autolla pääsee pihaan.

Varustukseen kuuluu: Uusi vene,kanootti (3 henk),(perämoottori lisähintaan), pelastusliivejä noin 10 kpl lapsista isoihin miehiin asti. Moottorikelkka(2 paikkainen, lisähintaan), polkupyöriä 6 kpl lapsista aikuisiin,TV, radio, hella/ uuni, jääkaappi pakastinlokerolla, kahvinkeitin, mikro, leivänpaahdin, airfryer, ilmalämpöpumppu pakkasiin ja helteisiin, syöttötuoli, astiat ja ruuanlaitto välineet. Katiska ja mato-onkia. Verkko-, ja vieheluvat kuuluu vuokraan. Saunassa UUSI puukiuas asiakkaiden toiveesta ja hyvät löylyt! Sijaitsee samassa rakennuksessa. Puucee ulkona. Ulkona savustus pönttö, pallogrilli ja tulistelupaikka rannassa. Hiekkapohjainen loivasti syvenevä ranta joten lasten on kiva räpiköidä järvessä. Kämppä on posiojärven rannalla ja vesiyhteys on kitkajärveen. Kalaa on järvessä. Ahven, hauki, siika, muikku, kuulemma taimentakin. Lemmikit sallittu mutta siisteydestä huolehdittava ehdottomasti! Booking and cancellation terms
The booking fee X € binds the landlords to reserve the cottage for the renter at the agreed time.
The reservation fee must be paid to an account designated by the landlord or by mobilepay immediately after booking and after it has been agreed with the renter.
If the renter cancels the reservation, the lessor has no obligation to refund the reservation fee. The renter accepts the terms and conditions upon payment of the reservation fee.

Paying the remainder
Therest of the agreed rental price must be paid no later than one week before the start of the rental date, unless otherwise agreed.After that, landlords are not obliged to return the paid reservation if the renter cancels the reservation. However, the reservation can be transferred if such a time is found on behalf of both. If payment has not been made by this time, the reservation will be cancelled

Delays and compensations
Cancellation of a booking by the landlord
In the event that landlords cancel the booking due to an unexpected obstacle or other situation that prevents the rental, the landlord must refund the reservation fee and any remaining part paid within four working days to the account indicated by the renters upon receipt of the reservation.

Damages and deposits
Responsibilities
The lessee is responsible for any damage caused to the rental property. Any damage caused must be immediately reported to the landlord. The customer is obliged to compensate the owners of the resort for the damage caused in full.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the rental property. When leaving, the rented property must be left in a tidy condition. The customer is obliged to pay the costs of cleaning the rental property in the event that there is smoking in the interior of the rental property, cleaning has not been carried out or has been carried out inadequately and the guarantor/owner of the rental property has to take care of it before the arrival of the
next customer.The landlord is not responsible for force majeure which may be a power outage, natural phenomena or other causes independent of the landlord.
The renter accepts the terms and conditions upon payment of the reservation fee.

Insurance and own risks
The cabin has insurance, but the tenant must take care of his own travel insurance. Cottage insurance does not compensate for damage caused by negligence
