Porotieva is a fantastic cottage with big own courtyard by the clean Livojärvi lake. Peaceful location, closest neighbours are approx. 200-300 m away but you have your own privacy.
In the main floor there is living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a toilet. Downstais there is one bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and sauna. There is also a loft in this cottage. Safety gates are located both at the top and the bottom of the stairs.
There is a separate sauna building and in this sauna the stove is heated by wood. There is also hot water tub by the lake, which is also heated by wood. It is not ready heated. During summer, there is "a summer room" a small bedroom with two beds in the sauna building.
There is a private beach with a small dock and a rowing boat at your disposal during summer. The beach is shallow and good for swimming. There is also place for campfire.

Please notice that there are stairs in this cottage.There is a electric/hybrid car charging point available at extra charge (Schuko and CEE 16A 11kw outlet), which requires your own charger and cable.
During summer (May-August) there are 2 stand up paddle boards, a rowing boat, fishing equipment and frisbee golf equipment at your disposal.
During winter there are some snowshoes, skis and poles for skiing as well as equipment for ice-fishing at your disposal.
There are two surveillance cameras outdoors. One is monitoring the main entrance and the other the courtyard (but no sauna or hut tub area).
