The famous Kitkajärvi hovers from the windows of Villa Inker over the forest, and the magnificent sandy beaches and clear water of Posio Livojärvi (Lapland Riviera) are attractions in themselves. Would you like to experience them too? The ski resort Kiririnteet is a couple of kilometers away on the other side of the hazard and an extensive toboggan trail runs nearby. Welcome to Villa Inker during the most pleasant seasons! As owners, we have fallen in love with Villa Inker's gentle calm atmosphere and environment, as well as the functionality of the house, for example, the loft is spacious and comparable to the upper floor and there are easy access stairs leading to it, with a security gate at the top. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, the upstairs sleeping alcove has two single beds, and in the lobby there is a sofa bed for two people. For small children there is a high chair, potty and travel cot, (travel cot does not include duvet covers). Wardrobes serve as a space divider in the large loft. Villa Inker has high-quality tableware, good and versatile cooking equipment as well as very high quality and modern household appliances, including induction hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as an electric grill on the terrace in summer. In addition, the equipment includes a 7 kg powerful washing machine and a drying cabinet. Villa Inker also has a large terrace and a balcony. The outbuilding includes, among other things, a heated ski maintenance room with a ski lubrication rack. In order to maintain the comfort of ourselves and our guests, we have decorated Villa Inker in style and, to borrow from our customers, Villa Inker has everything you need and more, even in luxury. We think you'd enjoy it here, too.
Theminimum rental period for the property is three days, and on weekends two days from Friday to Sunday. Holidays may make exceptions to booking times. We ask you to contact us about any special requests for rental times and, if the booking situation allows, it is possible to negotiate and agree on different dates. Bed linen laid and removed by the tenant himself and final cleaning are included in the price, unless otherwise agreed. The prices according to the price list are for two people, the cost of linen for additional persons is 20.00 euros per person/reservation. Due to allergies in the owner family, pets are not allowed at Villa Inker.

Booking and cancellation terms
Any cancellation must be made no later than four weeks prior to the start of the reservation. In case of cancellation, the advance payment of the reservation will not be refunded to the reservator/renter.
If the booking is cancelled later (less) than four (4) weeks before the start of the accommodation:
a) less than 4 - 3 weeks before the start of the accommodation reservation, the host withholds 25% of the final invoice of the reservation and reimburses the renter 75% of the final invoice amount
b) less than 3 -2 weeks before the start of the accommodation reservation, the host withholds 50% of the final invoice of the reservation and reimburses the renter 50% of the final invoice amount
c) less than 2 -1 weeks before the start of the accommodation reservation, the host withholds 75% of the final invoice of the reservation and reimburses the renter 25% of the final invoice amount
d) less than 1 week before the start of the reservation, the host withholds 100% of the final invoice of the reservation and does not refund the fee to the renter.

Payment terms
The reservation will be confirmed/confirmed when the reservator/renter has paid the advance payment of the reservation (150,00 EUR) to the bank account indicated by the host and is also logged in there. The reservation fee must be paid immediately at the time of booking. If the booking fee is not paid by the due date, the booking will be cancelled without further notice.
Thefinal invoice for the reservation must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the start of the accommodation reservation. If there are fewer than four (4) weeks from the start date of the reservation, the full price of the accommodation must be paid immediately at the time of
booking.If the host encounters force majeure, the host may cancel the booking. In this case, the reserve/tenant has the right to recover the amount paid in full

Delays and compensations

The prices according to the price list are for two people including bed linen laid and removed by the tenant himself and final cleaning. If there are more than two guests, 20.00 EUR/person will be added to the prices according to the price list.
Other rental conditions will be sent to the renter at the time of booking.
