The log holiday house was built in 1984 and completely renovated in 2021. Air-conditioned and air-conditioned, this villa has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and a loft. The total area of the villa is 64 m2 in addition to 28 m2 of glazed, mosquito free and furnished terrace. The terrace has a barbecue fireplace and a wood stove.
Separate sauna building
The complex includes a separate 42 m2 beach sauna with a toilet and a wood stove heated from the side of the fireplace room. Two rain showers in the washroom. The fireplace room has a washing machine, fridge, stereo and air heat pump, as well as a good fold-out sofa bed. City Water and Sewerage.
Therent includes: Final cleaning, bed linen for four, (additional persons 16,00€/ set). Rowing boat, fishing equipment, Sub-board, as well as three mountain bikes.

Villa Leinola 1 and Villa Leinola 2 are located about 150 metres from each other, so accommodation can accommodate a total of around 10 people if necessary.
