In winter, you can get directly from the villa's beach to a well-maintained touring skating track and 100m away you will find well-groomed ski trails and a winter hiking trail. During the summer, the area offers a wide range of leisure activities, such as the five restaurants in the area, the Summermaa water park, bicycle and hiking trails, fishing and water navigation in various forms. There are several equipment rentals in the area, where you can rent e-bikes, kayaks, sup boards and boats.

In winter, avant swimming is possible and after the sauna you can cool off on the glazed terrace.

In the summertime, you can watch the water transport with steamboats from the villa's terrace.

The beach is natural sand and suitable for children swimming. There is more water at the end of the pier and it is possible to arrive by bigger boat. The main house (123m2) has 4+2 beds in three bedrooms, so there is plenty of space for, say, two families. The villa has two separate toilets, one with a shower and the other a utility room with washing and drying machines. The sauna and washroom are spacious and from the sauna platforms you can look directly at the lake. From the living room there is access to a large glazed terrace, from where you can admire the magnificent lake view and the sunset. On the terrace there is a gas grill and a dining

group, there is also a patio on the beach.
