Oma uima/hiekkaranta ja soutuvene käytössä Päämökissä 8 vuodepaikkaa, alhaalla kaksi makuuhuonetta ja ylhäällä tilava parvi. Hyvä varustelutaso ja kattavat kodinkoneet.
Lemmikkieläimiä ei voi tuoda mökille, koska mökkiä käyttää myös allergikot.

Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation is binding when the rent has been paid by the stated due date to the account indicated by the landlord in the email. The reservation fee accounts for about 1/3 of the total rent. In case of cancellation, the part of the reservation fee will not be refunded unless the cabin can be rented again. By paying a booking fee or one-time fee, the tenant agrees to the rental terms and policies set forth in this document

Payment terms
The part of the booking fee will be paid at the time of reservation/Max 3 business days. If the rental is closer than six weeks, the payment will be paid in full at the time of booking/max three working days, but always before the rental starts in so-called quick bookings

Delays and compensationsThe
tenant will bring the linen, i.e. bed sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase on arrival, unless otherwise agreed on a separate allowance (price 20€/person). The cleaning of the resort during and at the end of the holiday is carried out by the tenant himself (unless he has ordered a final cleaning). We require the tenant to take care of the following matters: garbage removal, vacuuming floors, washing dishes (and emptying the dishwasher), removing stains and dirt, exporting goods into place and bedding decanting, and airing bedding. The cottage should still be cleaned to the rental level. The final cleaning can also be purchased in advance for 180 eur. If, at the end of the reservation, proper final cleaning has not been carried out and has not been ordered in advance, the landlord is entitled to charge a cleaning fee of at least €200. The number of tenants can be a maximum of the number of persons declared by the lessee at the time of renting and agreed with the landlord. Pets are not allowed to be brought to the cottage. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited! Place of garbage export: A waste point on the right side of the road from the Pörösentie junction in the direction of Puolanga. (The cottage does not have a garbage container, so the garbage must be taken to the waste point in the end

Damages and deposits
The tenant is obliged to compensate in full the damage caused to the resort or its movable property directly to the landlord. Damages (e.g. crockery) must be reported to the landlord at the end of the rental at the latest and agree on compensation. The cottage is insured for larger damages.

Insurance and own risks
In case of damage that goes to insurance processing, the tenant's deductible for movable property is 250€ and for fixed structures/buildings 500€
