This is a cottage where children and parents enjoy even if it is not near the water.
The main cottage has a 90m2 glazed terrace, hut with barbecue hearth. The outdoor terrace always has a ready /warm outdoor hot tub (also works in winter) .The Jacuzzi is a sunken advantage on the terrace, where everyone can stay together whether you want to have a hot tub
or not.
Sauna building of about 25m2 where the sauna is heated from the side of the sauna, which acts as a fireplace in the other direction, the sauna is also a shower.Sauna on the side of the sauna will enjoy and continue the evening if, for example, others have already gone to bed on the side of the cottage and some of the group still want to stay awake and chat.
The cottage has an idyllic bio toilet with toilet.
This cabin is a pet friendly destination, so furry friends are welcome too.

Willa Teeri is suitable for everything and everyone, if you want to spend your own holiday in peace, with friends, a holiday trip with a group of employees or a holiday with your family, then this cottage is suitable for all types of accommodation/vacation/relaxation needs.
Small things to note for Willa Teer's renter:
-The water comes from the well to the sauna and to the main cabin, where the flow-through heater. However, the water is not suitable for drinking, even if it is clean, so drinking water is recommended to be brought in when it comes.
-Each cabin renter must clean the cabin in perfect condition.For failure to do so, we have the right to charge a final cleaning fee of 200 euros.Jacuzzi cleaning fee is 200 euros.
- We take a deposit of 150 euros, the pledge will be returned to the customer when the condition of the cottage after the end of the rental has been checked.
HOX!!!!! In the cabin you can find a cabin book with all the instructions and rules written on it. In the cabin book you will find instructions for final cleaning, hygienic use of the jacuzzi, use of heating places, etc... instructions. READ THE CABIN BOOK CAREFULLY AND GIVE INSTRUCTIONS BY PHONE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. These instructions in the cabin book and received on the phone should be remembered. This emphasis on the issue due to the fact that there have been problems due to omissions
.
YOU CAN ONLY BURN FIREWOOD IN THE SAUNA OVEN!!!!!
Other things to note:
-Blankets and pillows are available, bed linen and towels must be brought by yourself.
-We charge for each additional person.30 e per day rate.
As mentioned earlier, drinking water must be brought in on arrival.
The cottage is in active rental use and therefore the SURFACES ARE NOT NEW AND FIRE.SOMETIMES SOMETHING MAY BE OUT OF ORDER OR MISSING.There are many types of tenants and travelers and unfortunately after each tenant we do not have time to thoroughly check the cabin ourselves at the moment. For this reason, we hope that you will contact us immediately if you notice something to note when you arrive at the cottage

If you are looking for a five-star villa with all the comforts Willa Teeri is not the best option, but if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxed cottage in a quiet location, then Willa Teeri is the perfect choice.

Booking and cancellation terms
We will take a deposit of 150€ at the time of booking which will be returned to the renter when the cabin has been checked after the handover. This policy will have to be implemented by customers for repeated cabin order due to non-compliance with the rules.
For cancellations, we always charge 30% of the reservation price if the cancellation takes place one week before the start of the booking.If the cancellation occurs one day before, we will charge 50% of the rental price.If you do not reach the cottage at all, we will charge 100% of the rental price.
This condition will have to be enabled due to last minute cancellations of repeat bookings.

Damages and deposits
If the rules of the order of the cottage are neglected and the property is deliberately damaged, the landlord has the right to collect the payment in the cabin book from the customer, as well as recover the damaged property.
