We have just rented the property and we are offering the opening offer for the spring 2025 solar weeks at a price of 1200€/week.
Aavan Helmi is a high-quality, bright and well-equipped holiday apartment in Sienimaa, Pyhätunturi. The real gem of the holiday home is the landscape that opens over the high tide to the peaks of Pyhätunturi and Isokuru.
The two-storey 110 square metre holiday home has a spacious kitchen and living areas, three bedrooms and a large loft, two toilets and sauna facilities. The cottage is equipped for 10 people and is suitable for use by two families, for example

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with household appliances and utensils. There is a full-height refrigerator and a separate freezer

A large hallway, utility room with drying cabinets and washing machine, as well as a warm separate storage area facilitate the storage and maintenance of hobby equipment.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds), the large loft upstairs has 2x120cm and 2x80cm beds and a living area. In summer, the cooling is operated by an air heat pump downstairs.
Aavan Helmi is also suitable for families with children; in the cottage you can find a travel bed with bedding, a potty and a podium and other children's accessories as well as toys and reading, a sledge and a slide. There is a security gate in the loft. Reolaavu, located a few hundred meters away, can even be reached by strollers

The holiday home is located 3 km from the services of the Holy Center and the slopes. The nearest hiking and mountain biking trail and ski trail to the national park are about 500 metres away. Of course, you can jump from the door and ski on the ski track 200m across the high tide.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable.
