St. Francis is a log holiday home completed in 2023. The cottage is upscale, bright and atmospheric. It is located about five kilometers from the ski resort of Pyhätunturi. The floodlit ski trail leaves directly from the backyard

of the cottage.

The cottage has two bedrooms, two toilets, a large kitchen-living room, utility room and sauna facilities. The sauna is heated by electricity and otherwise the heat is provided by underfloor heating, an air heat pump

and a fireplace.

St. Francis is a fully equipped cottage. One bedroom of the cottage has a double bed and the other has a sofa bed. The living room has a sofa bed. In the kitchen you can find accessories for cooking and baking with utensils. The living room has a large TV with soundbar. Cable TV, fiber optic and wifi, so remote work is also great. For smaller children there is a high chair and for slightly larger

ones there are board games.

Final cleaning is not included in the price, but is available separately at a price of 100 euros. If you wish to purchase the final cleaning, you must inform us at the time of booking. Bed linen on request 15€/person. It is forbidden to bring pets inside the holiday home, but there is a doghouse outside where pets are allowed to be brought. The use of the barn on the territory of the property is not permitted. No smoking indoors

The spacious garage will be completed during the summer of 2024.

The exchange date is Saturday but you can also ask for other arrival dates.
