.This is exactly the kind of homeliness and ease we want to offer to the customers of Pyhäkodi: affordable and homely accommodation near Pyhätunturi, right at the foot of the ski resort, in a well-equipped and harmoniously decorated Scandinavian holiday home.
Pyhäkodi's comfortable apartments are located in a quiet area in a two-storey terraced house in the heart of Pyhätunturi. There are four Shrine Apartments, all of which accommodate a maximum of five adults. The apartments were partially renovated in the spring
of 2024.All apartments have a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the living room. A&D apartments have downstairs bedrooms with either a double bed (A) or a single bed and a fireplace room with a single bed frame (D). Apartments B and C have a bunk bed (1+1 persons) downstairs and a single bed frame mattress in the fireplace room. The apartments will be redecorated in spring 2024. Early check-in is usually always possible, please check with us in advance!
Whether you are vacationing with children or with adults, the location of the Sanctuary in the centre of the Sanctuary is excellent:
- You can get to the hill and the slope directly from the door, to the lift only 30 meters - Family slopes a stone's throw from the yard
- Well-equipped K-market Pyhän550 meters away, about 6 minutes on foot - Huttuhippu Restaurant 500 meters away, about 7 minutes on foot
- Within walking distance of several other restaurants Well-maintained ski trails leave the courtyard. The toboggan trail is about 60 metres away.
The national park offers a wide range of opportunities for exploring nature. There are guided hiking and cycling routes to choose from for every fitness level. Canoeing and fishing are possible on nearby rivers, streams and Pyhäjärvi.
