Exchange date Saturday. In the off-season, the possibility of renting also for an extended weekend. Ask about these separately by email. The cabin (downstairs) is occasionally visited by the owners' dog, so the most susceptible may have symptoms. In the courtyard of the cottage there is a belch (heating with diesel). Belju is not included in the price. The availability and price of the pram can be requested from the owners separately.

Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation policy: The reservation fee of 30% of the rental price is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled by the customer. For cancellations made 30-0 days before the first day of rental, we charge 100% of the rental price.

A booking fee of 30% of the rental price must be paid at the time of booking and 70% of the rental price 30 days before the first day of rental.

Delays and compensations
The customer must also take care of the external cleaning in connection with the reservation via the online cabin. Price 100€.
Cleaning includes basic cleaning. In our cabin folder you can find information about cleaning that belongs to the customer, such as garbage, empty bottles and dirty dishes.
The cleaning company will separately bill the customer for any unattended matters.

Insurance and own risks
The tenant is liable for any damage caused to the indoor and outdoor premises and for damage to the office. Damage should be reported immediately to the landlord
