Acozy and atmospheric spa villa in PALLAS, along the trails and nature trails. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a living-kitchen and a separate toilet. There is another toilet in connection with the sauna department. Upstairs there is a loft, which is divided into three parts by curtains. Five of the beds are downstairs (+ baby bed) and six are upstairs. In addition to the beds, there are five spare mattresses. One bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the second has a bunk bed, the lower bed of which can also be spread out as a double bed. A wonderful view of the Hetta-Pallas fells opens from the window of the cottage. The yard has direct access to the tracks and nature trails. The villa is very well equipped, among other things there are plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils for the larger group. On the terrace there is a new electric grill from the masonry, where you can easily grill various dishes or even fry some mortar-bottomed casseroles. A major interior renovation was done a few years ago. The place is perfect for skiers in winter and for nature walkers and hikers in summer. Prices are for max. 4 persons. Additional persons are charged 40€/person/week. Tenants have two quality snowshoes and poles at their disposal. Raatama (with village shop) 7km, Pallas 35km, Levi 60km, Ylläs 90km and Hetta 60km. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable.
