This is a luxury cottage in a great location by the sea. The villa is ideally suited for both private and corporate representation purposes, as a wedding venue and from holidays to meetings all year round. In addition to being well equipped, the villa offers comfortable and stylish spaces. The spacious hall, which can accommodate 50 people, opens up to a magnificent seascape. You can enjoy amazing moments in front of the atmospheric open fireplace. The largest sea terrace in Kärkurku is suitable for a variety of purposes. Accommodation: Upstairs there are single beds for 5 people+sofa bed for 2 people, the back room downstairs has 2 single beds of 80 cm and the middle room downstairs has 2 single beds of 80 cm. Lapelland cabin trailer for 1-4 persons with an additional charge of €124/night. The cabin wagon has 2 separate beds of 80 cm and a sofa bed. In summer, there is also a summer room in the courtyard building with two bunk beds and one 120 cm wide bed = 5 people. The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle etc. All dishes and glasses for 50 people. The villa also has 2 TVs, a radio and wifi and three air heat pumps. The sea terrace has a gas grill and tables and chairs for 50 people. Spectacular sunsets and starry skies can be admired all year round from the decks of the 20-person wood-heated landscaped sauna or from the Jacuzzi and from the sea terrace. You can swim or swim in the open air from the private beach. Our guests also have a campfire pit, which is only 150 meters away. Jukka, the host of the meribjörkö, is a fishing and nature guide. You can order unforgettable island experiences at an additional price. For example, Smugglers' boat trips in the world's most difficult archipelago or pike and perch fishing trips. You can also fish from your own pier. Jukka also rents fishing equipment. We want to keep the interior clean and allergy friendly, so pets are not welcome at the cottage. Additional services to facilitate your holiday: Wood-heated landscape sauna 195€ Jacuzzi 298€, Water is changed and the pool is washed and disinfected after each tenant. Final cleaning 260€.
