This magnificent cottage offers beds for six people. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the spacious kitchen-living room has two spreading sofas with space to rest
and relax.
The cottage has just been renovated with a modern bathroom, electric sauna and toilet. You can also enjoy a separate sauna on the beach, with a wood-burning stove for unforgettable steam and the opportunity to take a refreshing dip in the clean Lake Simo.
The barbecue hut on the beach with a masonry pan is shared with the neighboring cottages, creating a nice sense of community. In the courtyard area there is a playhouse for the little ones in the family, a sandbox and a yard swing. In addition, there is a rowing boat at your disposal, which offers the opportunity for unforgettable
lake adventures.
Please remember to bring your own bed linen, hand towels and bath towels. The final cleaning of the cottage should be handled carefully, but you can also order a final cleaning at the time of booking for an additional price of 100 euros.
Charging the electric car was not allowed.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

100 € Rental DepositWe reserve the rental security for ourselves if the cottage is poorly cleaned or the renter has caused other material damage. Otherwise, the rental security will be returned to the lessee after the end of the rental.

Other rental termsDamaged goods should be reported to the landlord. If the security is not sufficient for the cost of the product to be replaced, the lessee must pay the amount worth the price of the new product less the security. Breakage due to normal consumption does not entail additional costs.
