Villa Liipi is a new rental villa built on the edge of Lake Simojärvi in a scenic headland.
The area of the main building is about 150 m2. It has a cozy large well-equipped living room-kitchen, four bedrooms, a large sauna with always-ready electric stove, a washroom with two showers, three toilets and a utility room. There is room for 10 people plus 2 people in extra beds. The sauna building is about 20 m2 and has a fireplace room, a dressing room and a large sauna with a wood-burning stove. Tenants also have access to an eight-person hot tub in front of the sauna building.
Thevilla's equipment includes a rowing boat, two SUP boards, a rubber kayak, life jackets, a gas grill, a campfire place with a mason's pot, an electric smoker, yard games, two sets of gliding shoes, snowshoes, walking sticks, etc. Separately available for rent is a 4 hp 4-stroke outboard motor (15€/day. +petrol) and an electric car charging point
(15€/use/day).VILLA LIIPIN BASIC PRICE LIST Daily rent 250€/day. On Friday and Saturday, accommodation starts at €400/day. Weekly rent 1900€/week. Final cleaning at the time of booking when ordering 150€. Bed linen and towels 20€/person. Pet fee 10€/pet/day Minimum booking period 2 days. Request a quote for bookings lasting more than a week.
