A double bed and a sofa bed can be accommodated in the cottage. In the courtyard there is a guest house with a double bed. N.B. The guest shed is only available in summer, in winter the cabin accommodates max 4 persons) Atmospheric hut. Newly renovated sauna bathroom and outdoor hot tub Novitek Ylläs. (Novitek's largest premium pool for 9 persons)
The cottage has a sauna and a separate beach sauna. The beach deepens gently, so it is safe even for the smallest swimmers in the family.
Drinking and washing water comes from its own well.
The price includes a boat, with a small 4-stroke outboard and a decent sup board.
Things to do: The destination is a curfew to mind. From the end of the cottage roads you can easily reach the Kipari trails. Sledding hill maintained in winter. It takes 20km to the Huuhäja round. Tiilikkajärvi National Park nearby also. This one has beautiful lakes though for canoeing and a 6km ring trail for hiking. In addition, a variety of yard games are also available
.The plot is surrounded by a rich berry forest and the lake is fishy.
In the village of Rautavaara you will find a shop, two restaurants and a gas station.

Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

200 € Rental DepositThe rental deposit is for minor damages such as messing up the water in the hot tub and the online cottage service will pay it back automatically when everything is in order when returning the cottage.

Other rental termsThe cottage is available to the tenant from the day of arrival at 16.00 to the day of departure at 12.00. Different arrival and departure times must be agreed with the owner before arriving at the cottage. The rental includes a rented cottage and a courtyard area with furniture and accessories. The rent covers electricity, water, firewood, waste management, WiFi access and use of the outdoor hot tub. At the end of the rental, the cottage & yard area must be in good condition with furniture and equipment and as clean as it was when the tenant arrived. When leaving, the tenant should make sure that the lights are off and the windows and doors are closed. The key is left in the key locker.The tenant is responsible for any damage he causes (himself or his guests) in the cottage. Also for breaking the pool, scratches or improper use.
