In winter, there is a traditional trail near the cottage in wonderful marshy landscapes (approx. 5km), connecting trail to the lake (+just over 10km). An atmospheric Christmas retreat for a week. Definitely come back to this cottage when I come to Räyrinki. All basic amenities + two wood stove saunas for city dwellers was a luxury. Neat, clean, homely.
