Kesän 2025 parhaat kesäviikot vuokrataan jälleen täysinä viikkoina juhannuksesta n. elokuun loppuun.
Tilava ja pidetty hirsinen puulämmitteinen rantasauna veden ääressä ja sinne polttopuut luonnollisesti kuuluu myös hintaan. Nyt tehty lisäterassi saunan eteen ja siinä pöytää virvokkeille...
Vuokrataan päiviä, viikonloppuja ja viikkoja, miksei pitempäänkin.
Saatavilla on nyt myös iso ponttooni, joka toimii myös laiturina tai vaikka auringonottopaikkana järvellä. Soutuvene toki kuuluu perusvarustuksiin.
Vuokrataan perämoottoria, akkukäyttöistä soutuveneeseen ja nelitahtia ponttooniin.
Myös kalaa järvessä, haukea ja ahventa lähinnä.
Parhaat kesäviikot vuokrataan täysinä viikkoina (sovittaessa muutakin). Varaukset otetaan varausjärjestyksessä, nopein vie malliin.
Kokonaishinta neuvotellaan tapauskohtaisesti omistajan kanssa.

Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation is valid when the landlord has confirmed the reservation. If the booking fee has not been paid, the reservation will be cancelled and the reservation
will be notified.The reservation fee will not be refunded unless a sufficient reason is given for the cancellation (a negotiated solution is always sought).

The reservation fee and final payment must be made by the due date unless otherwise agreed.

Delays and compensations
Vukralainen informs the so-called responsible person, with whom (and only) we negotiate, among other things, possible violations at our site. The tenant (responsible person) is obliged to compensate for the disturbance or violation caused by the object

Our property is insured as a so-called normal rental property. The tenant is responsible for insuring his own goods and objects, which the lessor is not obliged to compensate in the event of a possible breakage or loss
